HOUSTON • TEXAS • EST. YOUTH TRACK & FIELD
Building Champions
Through Process.
Texas Speed Elite develops disciplined youth track & field athletes ages 6 to 18 across every event — sprints, distance, jumps, and throws — through structured progression, technical coaching, and mentorship that extends far beyond the track.
"The goal is not to train until you can do it right. It's to practice it until you can't get it wrong."
— Nick Saban
THE TSE STANDARD
Discipline. Technique. Character.
From the 100m to the 1600m, the long jump pit to the throwing circle — we don't chase shortcuts. We build athletes who compete with toughness, discipline, character, and accountability.
Every Event
Sprints, middle distance, hurdles, jumps, and throws — coached at every age and ability level.
Structured Progression
Athletes are grouped by maturity and experience so beginners learn fundamentals while advanced sprinters are pushed.
Mentorship First
Accountability, teamwork, and confidence are coached as deliberately as the 100m. Track is the vehicle, character is the goal.

TRAINING SYSTEM
Inspired by elite sprint programs.
Our weekly structure draws from concepts used by top-tier programs like Texas A&M Aggies track and field — adapted intentionally for youth athletes. Conditioning, sprint development, and technical work all in their right place.
- Hard conditioning & overdistance work
- Sprint-focused development days
- Technical sessions: form, drills, relay exchanges
- AAU regional & Junior Olympics preparation
RESULTS
Competitive at the highest youth levels.
TSE athletes train and compete with the composure of veterans. Our program prepares sprinters for AAU regional qualifiers and the Junior Olympics — and our PRs reflect the work.
